Local Public Sector Alliance: Community Survey – May 2022

How can the Local Public Alliance serve you better?

As a global alliance of advocates for inclusive and efficient decentralization and localization, the Local Public Sector Alliance (LPSA) aims to promote inclusive, equitable societies and sustainable global development by elevating the debate on decentralization and local development.

Formally established as a non-profit in January 2022, LPSA’s Board of Directors wants to solicit input from the entire global community of practice working on issues related to decentralization, multilevel governance and intergovernmental relations as the Alliance is preparing its workplan for 2022/23. We would be thankful if you would take three minutes to share your thoughts and ideas on how the Alliance can better serve you by completing a short survey:

In addition, the LPSA Advisory Board wants to invite all interested policy practitioners, government officials, researchers and scholars, civil society stakeholders and other members of the global community of practice on decentralization and localization to an Open Planning Meeting on June 10, 2022 (8:00 am EST; 1:00 pm London; 2:00 pm Paris/Cairo/Johannesburg; 3:00 pm Nairobi; 5:30 pm New Delhi; 7:00 pm Bangkok/Jakarta) for your input in planning the work program of the Alliance for the period 2022-2023. (Please note: the meeting date has been changed.) Please register in advance for this open planning meeting (on Zoom):

In addition to completing the survey and joining the Open Planning Meeting yourself (or emailing us your ideas or suggestions), please feel free to forward this invitation to colleagues that may be interested in completing the survey or joining this planning meeting as well.
