The Local Public Sector Alliance is a non-profit organization established to promote inclusive, equitable societies and sustainable global development by enhancing the understanding of decentralization and localization as complex, cross-cutting and multi-stakeholder reforms.

The Local Public Sector Alliance is incorporated as a non-stock corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Alliance is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific research purposes, within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
