The Local Public Sector Alliance recently marked an important transition in its governance and leadership.
In December 2025, Astrid Haas concluded her tenure on LPSA’s Board of Directors as she turns her full attention to her doctoral studies and other professional pursuits. Her engagement and commitment have helped shape the Local Public Sector Alliance over the past years during a period of growth and consolidation. We extend our sincere thanks to Astrid for her thoughtful contributions and steady guidance to LPSA in its formative years.
At the same time, LPSA is pleased to share that Enid Slack has joined the LPSA Board of Directors, in addition to her ongoing role as Chair of LPSA’s Advisory Board.
Enid’s leadership, deep expertise in local public finance, and long-standing engagement with decentralization and multilevel governance will continue to strengthen LPSA’s mission and enrich our global community of practice.
