LPSA’s Monday Minute is a one-minute video series produced by the Local Public Sector Alliance (LPSA) to support learning, reflection, and dialogue within the global community of practice on decentralization and local governance. Launched in January 2026, and posted on LinkedIn, each episode offers a short, focused insight on a core concept, recurring challenge, or emerging issue related to multilevel governance, local public sector reform, and service delivery. The series is designed for busy practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and development partners who want thoughtful, experience-based perspectives—without jargon or oversimplification. Its purpose is to build shared understanding, surface political and institutional realities, and help the field think more clearly about what works, what doesn’t, and why.
